Valid Exemption Period and Renewal. <br /> (a) An exemption as described under Public Resources Code Section 42954 (a)(5) and 42954 (a)(6) <br /> shall be valid from the date of approval to January 1 of the following year provided that the <br /> information in the certification letter relied upon to qualify for the exemption remains unchanged. <br /> (b) A person wishing to continue to qualify for an exemption from waste tire hauler registration under <br /> Section 42954 (a)(5) or (6) of the Public Resources Code shall re-certify to the Board on an annual <br /> basis, and in accordance with the requirements in Section 18453. <br /> (c) All exemption certifications must be submitted 45 days prior to the expiration date.
