Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Both restroom 81 F after running for 5 minutes. Provide 100 to 108 F in reasonable time(i.e. no more <br /> than 30 seconds). This is a repeat violations from past inspections. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br /> (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed multiple rat droppings and signs of wall damage from rodent gnawing in soda storage room; <br /> staff confirmed when interviewed that rodents have been sighted in employee's lounge, and some can sodas have been <br /> chewed through by rats though these they have already disposed. Immediately dispose any food that may have been in <br /> contact with rodents(especially top of the can sodas by the tab), provide more pest control (EHD recommends retaining <br /> professional contractor for the job if unable to control the problem), and eliminate any vermin access to facility. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #44 Premises: Clean/Litter Free; Vermin-Proof <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Dry storage and employee lounge not vermin proof.
