Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Maria Cazares (Forklift Mechanic). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate is posted on the filing cabinet in the forklift shop. <br /> 3.) No waste tires observed on site. Facility uses"Wilson Way Tire Company, Inc."and McCoy's Industrial Tire, <br /> Inc. for tire services and removal. Waste tires are removed the same day services are done. <br /> 4.) Manifests were emailed. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifest for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to cspence@diamondpet.com. <br /> �.Y <br />
