All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All employees preparing, serving or handling food or utensils shall wear clean, washable outer garments or <br />uniforms and shall wear a hairnet, cap, or other suitable covering to confine hair. (113969, 113971) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Bulk container on the floor and lacks label. Provide label today. <br />Open bulk bags. Store all open bulk bags in a cleanable container with a snug lid and label. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances.
