All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hood and the hood filters have dust accumulation. Clean hood and hood filters by 2 weeks. <br />The rolling bakery racks have dust and food debris accumulation. Clean and sanitize bakery racks by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). The <br />FRP, insulation, and drywall has been removed. [See CO0045821 OIR]. Repair wall to proper condition by 2 weeks. Until <br />the wall is repaired, cover opening with plastic sheeting to protect food from potential contamination. <br />The floors and walls of the facility have dust and flour build-up as well as food debris. Remove accumulation of dust, flour <br />and food debris, clean and sanitize the areas. Correct by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
