The system was irm-e-diately closed down as you requested <br /> at approximately 1:10 P.M. Pebruary 19, 1986. <br /> Fox Environmental Services, Inc. shall return the system to full operation <br /> on Thursday, February 27, 1986,= as a result of the present forecast for <br /> fair weather during the upcoming weeks.
