Box 190 <br /> Lodi , CA 95240 <br /> KAYO OIL COMPANY INCOMPLETE REPORT OF WASTE DISCHARGE - FAST GAS, LODI <br /> We have received your Report of Waste Discharge (RWD) for the cleanup of gasoline <br /> in soil and ground water for the Fast Gas station at 800 East Highway 12 in Lodi . <br /> The RWD was deficient in several areas and must be completed before the Regional <br /> Board can adapt requirements. Following are subject areas which require more <br /> detail : <br /> 1) Results of analysis for soil and ground water. <br /> 2) Monitoring well water level measurements used to determine the ground water <br /> gradient since time of installation. <br /> 3) Analytical results of waste water discharged to the unlined storm pond - <br /> including Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, total hydrocarbons, TEL, and EDB. <br /> 4) Purpose and operation specification for "the secondary discharge point." <br /> 5) 'Location-and 'co'n's-truction'lldetails of he -e,xtraction well and monitoring <br /> wells. <br /> 6) Performance standards for the cleanup system now in operation - include pump ! <br /> rates, discharge volumes and efficacy data. <br /> 7) Definition of lateral and vertical extent of contamination. <br /> 8) Alternative proposals and cost estimates for, cleanup of contaminated soil . <br /> 9) Information about methods to contain polluted ground water and retard or stop <br /> plume spreading. <br /> i <br /> r <br />
