Hwy 12, Lodi , CA <br /> The Remedial Action Plan (RAP) and additional correspondence were received by the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District on 9-11-85, 10-24-85 and 10-25-85. After a staff review of the submitted � <br /> reports it was determined that the following additional information is necessary in order to <br /> properly assess your cleanup activities at the above referenced site: <br /> I � <br /> Y <br /> 1. Copies of the actual laboratory analysis reports soil and water) on monitoring wells #11, <br /> 12, 14 and 15 must be submitted in lieu of or in addition to the written results included <br /> with your letter of 10-25-85. E <br /> a <br /> 2. Submit a copy of the laboratory analysis reports soil and water)on off site monitoring <br /> wells #16, 17 and 18. <br /> 3. File an application for California Regional Water Quality Control Board Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements relating to the disposal from the product recovery operation. <br /> 4. Water analysis results, product volume 'recovery report and pumping rates from the product <br /> recovery operation must be provided to the Health, District and the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) staff. The frequency required to submit this information will <br /> be specified in your waste discharge requirements <br /> 5. Submit a plan on how you will handle the excess water effluent from the product recovery <br /> operation during wet weather conditions',. <br /> 6. Obtain additional analysis from the on-'site domes is well for benzene, toluene and xylene <br /> (BTZ) , total hydrocarbons, tetraethyl lead and ethylene dibromide (EDB). Laboratory results <br /> must be submitted to this office for evaluation, <br /> 7. Obtain the necessary water well information (well logs) from the CA Department of Water <br /> Resources to determine the water gradient and water table fluctuation from all wells within <br /> a one mile radius from your facility.
