In such an investigation, the regional board may require that <br /> ' Any person discharging or proposing to discharge waste within <br /> - its.:region or any citizen .or domiciliary, or political agency or <br /> -entity of .this state discharging or roposing to discharge waste;. <br /> outside of its region that could' affect the equality of waters <br /> wi.thin. .its region shall furnish, under penalty of perjury, .such <br /> technical or monitoring. Obtain water samples from all ground water monitoring wells '.on Kayo's sites <br /> and have them analyzed. ,Samples are to be taken before 30 August 1985 and <br /> results reported to the Regional Board and Local Agencies no" later than 20 <br /> days after the samples. are taken. lknalyses shall include: - Total hydro- <br /> carbons, Benzene, Toluene, and Xylene. <br /> 3. Submit work plans to the Regional Bo rd and Local Agencies for review ana <br /> approval . The 'work plans shall inclu e: - installation of. additional ground <br /> water monitoring wells to supplement the three currently at each site; and <br /> service station inventory. records for asoline and diesel fuels . T"^ ^roposed <br /> wells must be sufficient to characte i'ze the areal and vertical. extent of <br /> ground water and soil contamination .( ff-site wells may be required) and may <br /> require phased drilling .
