The plan is a proposal for
mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due
to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks
which were located on the property.
a
San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health
Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative
determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and
Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not
create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the
benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination.
The corrective action plan is available for public review at the
City of Lodi Public Library, 201 W. Locust, Lodi, and Environmental
Health Division, 445 N.
