Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM <br />Telephone: (209) 951-3137 Owner/Operator: SIX FIFTY THREE COMPANY INC <br />Address: 1674 E HAMMER LN, STOCKTON 95210 <br />Date: 03/06/2018Name of Facility: IHOP #653 <br />Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 2:41 pm <br /> 1:45 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Complaint #: CO0045901 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />44 YEAR OLD COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY WERE AT THE FACILITY ON 3/2/2018 AT APPROXIMATELY 8:30 PM <br />AND ORDERED FISH DINNER WITH ALFREDO SAUCE, SPINACH AND MASHED POTATOES. APPROXIMATELY 15 <br />MINUTES AFTER EATING COMPLAINANT BECAME ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF CRAMPING, DIZZINESS AND FELT <br />LIKE THEY NEEDED TO VOMIT AND HAD DIARRHEA. WHEN COMPLAINANT STOOD UP TO GO TO THE <br />RESTROOM THEY FAINTED. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Manager was not aware of the complaint. <br />Per manager, no reported illness by employees. Staff consuming food eaten by complainant and no illness reported. <br />I interviewed the manager about the preparation procedure of the food consumed by the complainant. <br />They have 2 fish menu; Tilapia florentine and fish and chips. By asking him the way they are preparing these 2 dishes, they <br />use frozen Tilapia pulled from the freezer and put on the grill with seasoning till it cooks. Alfredo sauce is previously prepared <br />at put on the hot hold at temp 157F ( Alfredo sauce doesn't contain eggs or milk). When ordered they take scoop in the pan <br />and add fresh spinash and heat it up for 165F for 15 sec at least. <br />For the mashed potatoes, they prepare it using potato powder and mix it with boiling water and put it on the hot hold. <br />I asked the manager to demonstrate the cooking procedure. I checked the temp of both grilled and fried fishes. Temp was at <br />180F and fish meat was well cooked. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
