Microbiological Analyses <br /> All submitted water samples will be diluted and surface <br /> spread plated onto Nutrient Agar and Hydrocarbon <br /> Minimal Agar for total colony forming units (CFU) ' <br /> and total hydrocarbon ultilizers (THC), respectively, <br /> according to the appropriate SOPS , Appendix Ka-f. <br /> Incubation of the plates will be at room temperature ' <br /> or temperatures approximating those in situ. The <br /> incubation period will continue until the numbers have <br /> r stabilized on the plates enerzll <br /> g y two to three weeks. <br /> II.
