Management stated some of the items at Rotisserie heat hold were prepared at 8am at Meat Department <br /> (but no time log). Provide 41 F or below for cold PHF(45F for whole unbroken eggs, unopened dairy and cheese), and 135 <br /> F for hot PHF immediately. Observed management voluntarily disposed 2 packs of biscuit and gravy from the unit.
