Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Floor sink under the mop sink where the meat walk in cooler condensate drains into has debris and <br /> mold. Clean today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115(c)) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke with manager about the complaint. No other complaints received regarding this matter. He stated that there was an <br /> odor around the soda machine that went away. He stated that this problem started about 6 months ago. He stated that they <br /> have had 3 companies come out and do assessments of the problem.
