EI Dorado St. <br /> Stockton, San Joaquin County <br /> 4) The single proposed well screened in the permeable sand zone at approximately 130' bgs is <br /> adequate and necessary for this phase of the investigation; however, if 1,2-DCA or any <br /> other petroleum hydrocarbon constituent is detected by groundwater monitoring at this <br /> depth, then additional wells may be required. You shall monitor this well for two consecutive <br /> quarters (4Q2008 and first quarter 2009, or 1 Q2009), then evaluate the need for additional <br /> wells and provide a recommendation in the 1Q2009 monitoring report. All quarterly <br /> monitoring reports are due by the 30th day of the first month following that quarter. <br /> 5) By 1 December 2008, provide a report of the wells installation.
