If none exists since 2005, then the Workplan <br /> will include a detailed proposal for tank integrity testing. <br /> By 18 January 2008, please submit a revised Workplan, to include: <br /> • A detailed proposal to install a sufficient number of new wells to complete characterization <br /> of the vertical and lateral extent of the groundwater pollution, and to provide data for <br /> groundwater flow direction and gradient in each permeable zone, <br /> • Cross sections of the existing monitoring wells and CPT locations, with the proposed wells <br /> also depicted, using at least four classifications of grain size (clay, silt, sand, gravel) as <br /> determined from boring logs, <br /> • Proposed well construction diagrams with labels and dimensions, <br /> • A revised Figure 2 to include all proposed well locations, and <br /> • A detailed proposal for Tank integrity testing, if applicable. <br /> A report of the investigation, due 14 March 2008, shall also include a recommendation for a <br /> feasibility study for active remediation and a schedule for corrective action. <br /> If you have any questions, you may call me at (916) 464-4615 or email me at <br /> jbarton@waterSboards.ca.gov. <br /> James L.
