PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> 1 <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a interim remediation plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located <br /> at APN 193-107-03 on the southwest corner of Mathews Rd and El <br /> Dorado St , has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) The plan is a <br /> proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which <br /> contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated <br /> with underground storage tanks (UST) which are located on the <br /> property <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination <br /> that the plan is in compliance with local, State and Federal laws <br /> and regulations and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> during normal working hours, 8 00 a m - 5 00 p.m If a written <br /> request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not <br /> received by PHS/EHD the tentative decision shall become final <br /> Nov 16, 1995 <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P O Box 2009, Stockton, 95201 Questions regarding <br /> the specific site concerns or procedures should be directed to <br /> Harlin Knoll at (209) 468-3442 . <br />
