SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> - -,COUNTY-_.._._ <br /> C,eorness urar�s here Time In! 12:47 pm <br /> Time Out: 1:25 pm <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: STOCKTON WED/THUR FLEA MARKET Date: 03/28/2019 <br /> Address: 1658 S AIRPORT WAY,STOCKTON 95206 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)948-3597 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00049306 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> RESTROOMS ARE UNSANITARY, PLEASE SEND INSPECTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP'F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival,spoke with son of coordinator and informed him for reason of visit. He states having no knowledge of complaint <br /> and states restrooms are being maintained throughout the hours of operation.Observed all restrooms, besides general use, <br /> restrooms are stocked and noticeably maintained.Spoke with staff who states they maintain the restroom at least twice per <br /> hour or more if needed.
