Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Employee on duty is aware of the complaint. Employee states that stock is rotated on a regular basis. <br /> Upon inspection, a few pre-packaged food items have a best by date that has passed: 2 beef jerky sticks 3-2018/5 slim jims <br /> 1/2019/cheetos puffs 7-16-2019.
