All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Around 3 weeks ago, there was an ill kitchen employee <br />with a sinus infection. No lingering cough, no vomiting, no diarrhea. Currently, one kitchen employee works at an additional <br />health care facility in the county (this employee has not been ill). <br />Upon inspection today, there is no communal dining for residents and all food for residents is being served on disposables. <br />Food handling employees are wearing face masks <br /> Food handling and food temperatures are proper, food storage is proper, and no cross-contamination was observed. <br /> Hand sinks are properly supplied, hot water is available, sanitizer levels are proper, the dish machine is functioning properly <br />(facility keeps a log and tests sanitizer level at each meal), restrooms are conveniently located and properly supplied. <br />Food comes from Sysco (with the exception of coffee which comes from Farmers Bros. <br />Food Safety Certificate is current and all employees have a current Food Handler Card. <br /> No major violations identified this date. <br />Page 1 of 2EHD 16-23 Rev. 06/30/15 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br />FA0001190 CO0042734 SC004 01/04/2017
