Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br /> OBSERVATIONS:New sink lacks a splash guard. Provide by 2 weeks. Guard shall be at least 6 inches in height from front <br /> end to back end. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. Food from large pots were placed in shallow pans and once temperature <br /> reaches 135 F pans are moved into walk in cooler.When food is reheated, they make sure temperature reaches 165 F. They <br /> have 2 thermometers on site. <br /> Other violations due to remodel were also corrected.
