Repair/unplug water line, immediately. <br /> Ice machine has a small amount of mold. Hood shall be on when cooking <br /> takes place. This will prevent grease from accumulation on walls. <br /> Hood filters are greasy. Clean by 1 week and maintain. <br /> Ventilation fan in mens rest room is not working. Repair/replce by 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Exhaust hoods shall be provided to remove toxic gases,heat,grease, vapors and smoke and be approved by <br /> the local building department. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6"beyond all cooking equipment.All areas shall have sufficient ventilation <br /> to facilitate proper food storage.
