The WTMS <br /> lists the site and mailing address as 12022 E. Comstock Rd., Stockton, CA 95215. The actual site is at 9982 <br /> Pezzi Lane, Stockton, CA 95215 (the mailing address is still 12022 E. Comstock Rd.). The business has always <br /> been at 9982 Pezzi Lane. Can you change the site address on the WTMS to reflect the actual address while <br /> keeping the same TPID?
