This document has been prepared in compliance <br />in HICaliforniawith planning requirements outlined SARA, Title AB2185, AB3777, and C <br />Administrative Code, Titles 19 and 22. <br />We have recently contacted a member of your staff who has confirmed that you win <br />continue to provide services in the event of an environmental emergency at this facility, as <br />was agreed in past years. Enclosed is an updated plan for 1993 which is issued to all <br />agencies agreeing to provide response service. Please replace your 1992 plan with this <br />copy.
