Eric Kenzler Well Development, Groundwater Sampling Ron Hendren Drilling Equipment Operation John Hollfelder Well Surveying Dave Knight Soils Testing The site is surrounded by agricultural land to the east; a railroad, pet food plant, and form manufacturing company to the west; manufacturing facilities to the south; and residential properties to the north. r-, I3542a/BAV102 30 6.2 Site Characteristics The Tracy site, wholly owned by PG&E, is currently operating as a Company 300 feet by service yard and substation. The study area is approximately 500 feet, and does not include the substation. About 90% of the area is paved, 85% being asphalt and 58 concrete. The yard is flat, as is the surrounding terrain. Approximately 28 employees and 20 vehicles are based onsite. There is one building used for offices and material storage. The site is used for storage and servicing of field crew equipment. It is completely fenced and locked during non -working hours.
