The study area is <br />approximately <br />500 feet, and does not include the substation. <br />About 90% of the area is <br />paved, 85% being asphalt and 58 concrete. The <br />yard is flat, as is the <br />surrounding terrain. <br />Approximately 28 employees and 20 vehicles are <br />based onsite.
