Project Plan <br />Revision 3 <br />1/8/1988 <br />Page 4 of 37 <br />1.0 PERSO ORGANIZATION <br />Dr. <br />Steven Leung oversees the progress of all on going projects as the <br />g��L �v <br />' Laboratory Director and Project Manager for major projects. <br />11 s Felix <br />Yeung functions as the Analysis Coordinator as well as the Sample <br />Custodian/Data Manager to manage the details of the laboratory operation. <br />The individual Analysis Group Manager report directly to Mr. Yeung for <br />project progress and status. Each Analysis Group Manager supervises the <br />operation of a particular instrument or type of analysis. <br />The Quality <br />Control officer, Mr. Ben Creedon, monitors the operation of the laboratory <br />as a whole to ensure the internal functions of the laboratory meet <br />regulatory and project requirements. <br />2.0 A O S <br />The objective of all quality assurance efforts is to ensure data <br />validity by monitoring quality control procedures in sample management, <br />analysis, and data reduction/reporting. Proper sample management is <br />achieved by adherance to the Laboratory Standard Operation Procedures (SOP). <br />Analytical quality control is monitored by QC procedures designated in the <br />methodologies, proper instrument calibration, and use of external reference <br />material. Assessment of data reduction/reporting maintains the generation <br />of error free data. <br />3.0 S® CHAIN OF CUSTODY <br />All incoming samples must have full documentation to demonstrate that <br />they were not tampered with and be under constant tracking under the sample <br />management system of the laboratory.
