The following <br /> actions have been taken to comply with your inspection, <br /> 1. Item 12, A secondary containment has been installed. All drums containing <br /> hazardous waste have been placed on the above mentioned secondary <br /> containment. <br /> 2. Item 20. All containers containing hazardous waste are now properly labelled <br /> with the generator name and address,EPA ID #, accumulation start date, and <br /> contents. <br /> 3. Item 45. CONTINGENCY PLAN <br /> • A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has been submitted to your office and <br /> last submitted on 1/14/99. <br /> • The specific evacuations routes and alternate routes are noted in the above <br /> Hazardous Materials Business Plan. <br /> • A list of all emergency equipment located at this at this building is also attached. <br /> The equipment on this list is intended to handle and contain any possible <br /> hazardous waste spills at this location. <br /> 4. Item 49. Attached please find copies of training records for the handling of <br /> hazardous materials, also attached is the training program used for training <br /> employees handling hazardous materials. <br /> 5. Item 75. Please find manifest for hazardous materials for 1998/1999. <br />
