As you, recall during a follow up phone conversation you agreed to submit the
requested weight records. On February 5, 2014, the EHD still had not received the weight records. A
subsequent email was sent on that date requesting the weight records.
As of today(March 5, 2014),the EHD has not received the weight records. According to the contract
submitted by you to the EHD,the agreement between you(Green Man) and"Nissei" and"Itochu' states
that Green Man is allowed to store approximately 3,300 tons of TDP and ship out approximately 12,000
tons of TDP annually. Based on EHD site visits to Green Man at 650 Port Rd. L, it appears that the
amount of TDP on site exceeds the 3,300 tons allowed.
Failure to respond to this notice may result in further enforcement action by the EHD. Provide the
requested weight records to the EHD by March 13, 2014.
If you have any questions, you may contact Ben Escotto, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3178.
*6eAMICC Iel I o nREHS,
Program Coordinator
