WHILE EATING, THE <br />COMPLAINANT FOUND A COOKED COCKROACH. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />I spoke with person in charge, Terry who was not aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br />Chow mein is bean sprouts, bbq pork, celery and cabbage. <br />Steamed rice is cooked in rice pot. <br />Mongolian beef is green onions, bell pepper and beef. <br />All items are kept in walk-in until prepared. <br />I observed walk-in, dry storage area and food prep line. I did not observe any cock roaches at this time. <br />I observed one dead cockroach near mop sink. Clean and sanitize area. <br />Per Terry pest control services once every 45 days. Per Terry pest control was last at facility at the beginning of October, <br />continue with regularly scheduled service. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
