N.JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> t;reocnt?ss grows Frere. <br /> Time In: 1:20 pm <br /> Time Out: 1:40 pm <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: JACK IN THE BOX#460 Date: 04/13/2018 <br /> Address: 6200 PACIFIC AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br /> Owner/Operator: ANIL YADAZ Telephone: (209)406-8242 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00046241 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES ON 4/10/2018 AT APPROXIMATELY 12:39 PM COMPLAINANT WENT INTO FACILITY AND <br /> OBSERVED THE DEEP FRYER COOK TAKE A BASKET OUT OF THE GREASE AND DROPPED SOMETHING ONTO <br /> THE FLOOR THEN PICKED IT UP AND PUT IT INTO THE WARMER TO SERVE TO CUSTOMERS.THE WORKER DID <br /> NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES AFTER PICKING UP THE FOOD FROM THE FLOOR AND WAS HANDLING FOOD WITH <br /> THE CONTAMINATED GLOVES. EMPLOYEE APPEARED TO BE EATING WHILE WORKING WITH FOOD TOO. <br /> PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to store manager who stated that this is not a practice of their restaurant.
