All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed rodent droppings on top of the Kelvinator unit. Wipe off dried rodent droppings, clean and <br />sanitize area. <br />Also observed rodent dropping in two boxes of Corn Nuts and one box of Big League Chew. Remove droppings from boxes <br />and throw out any open or knawed on packaging. Recommend storing food in closeable containers in between sporting <br />events. <br />Continue to monitor for new activity. Use only snap traps, glue glue boards or rodent bait boxes (no loose bait or bait bars). <br />Take appropriate action to maintain a pest free facility. <br />A re-inspection will occur on or after 5-27-16. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: The countertops and top of the coffee mchines have dust accumulation. Clean by next weekend. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Obtain some chlorine sanitizer test strips. These may be purchased at Smart and Final, Cash and Carry <br />or any restaurant supply store. Obtain by next weekend. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method.
