All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hot water at the 2 comp ware wash sink and at the 1 comp hand sink is 86F. Increase hot water <br />temp today (120F minimum for 2 comp ware wash and 100F minimum for the 1 comp hand sink). <br />Hot water heater was turned up. Hot water rechecked at 91F then 97F and increasing steadily. <br />Rechecked at end of inspection and temp at 2 comp is 112F. <br />Maintain minimum temps at all times the snack bar is in operation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed mouse droppings under the pallets in the storage room and to the left of the storage cabinet. <br />Maintain a pest free facility. Correct immediately. <br />No droppings on food contact surfaces. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #44 Premises: Clean/Litter Free; Vermin-Proof <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a hole in the wall to the right of the Kelvinator refrigerator. Close off all potential entry points <br />for vectors as soon as possible. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish all clean and soiled linen <br />shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from food and food-contact surfaces the facility shall be <br />kept vermin proof.
