Copies of hazardous waste disposal records were not found on site. According to Mr. <br /> Carsey, a man in a pumper truck comes by every few months and pumps out his used oil, but does not <br /> leave a receipt. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the <br /> disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and <br /> have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the <br /> last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by May 16, 2013- <br /> 404. A pan of oily solids was observed open in the shop. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed <br /> at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all <br /> hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> 605. The used oil tank was not labeled with an accumulation start date. According to Mr. Carsey, the <br /> facility began placing used oil in the tank approximately two weeks ago. All hazardous waste tanks shall <br /> be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date.
