PADDOCK PLACE, LODI <br />Permit application for the removal (5) UST's <br />Dear Ms. Violett, <br />Attached you will find the tank removal permit application for the removal of the (5) 12,000 <br />gallon fuel tanks from the above mentioned location. <br />As you will notice there are no provisions on the closure permit application for any <br />environmental remediation work, ie; Over excavation. At this stage we are just providing the <br />closure permit application since it has not been determined what ownership will be funding and <br />performing the remedial work. <br />If in the near future we receive any directive as to who will be performing the remedial work, <br />Ramcon will forward this information to you as an addendum to our tank closure permit <br />application. <br />If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael S.
