Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Management is not aware of the complaint. Per Manager,the dog in question is a service dog. Manager provided a copy of an <br /> identification card for the service dog. See copy of Certified Service Dog ID. Per card, "full access is required by law"and "the <br /> ADA mandates that this dog and owner have full access to all public places." <br /> The service dog is not on site this date.
