URINE, FECES,AND TOILET PAPER ON BATHROOM FLOOR, SINK <br /> ALSO VERY DIRTY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who was aware of this complaint. She stated that person who wanted to use the rest room was not a <br /> customer.When the person asked for rest room keys, cashier informed person that they will allow her to use the rest room, <br /> but that it is for customers only. The person got upset,so they gave her the rest room keys.When she came out of the rest <br /> room, she complained that it was dirty. Owner inspected the rest room and stated that it wasn't dirty. <br /> Observation: Rest room looks Ok, but it could be cleaner. <br /> Recommendations:Wipe clean rest room door and wall were light switch is located at. Clean bottom area of toilet(porcelain) <br /> and floor area behind/around toilet.There is a slight urine odor.
