All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: Maytag refrigerator/freezer. refrigerator is at 44 f and freezer is at 0. Adjust the refrigerator to 41 F or <br />below. Correct today. <br />Per person in charge, the refrigerator will be replaced with a commercial grade unit. The unit must also be approved by <br />American National Standards Institute (ANSI). <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: The classroom where the food is going to served does not have hot water. The restroom have no hot <br />water. Provide a paper towel dispenser at the hand wash sink in the classroom where the food is going to be served. <br />All the food is prepackaged at the kitchen by Manteca Unified School Distrct. Cold water will suffice at this time because the <br />food is prepackaged. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />There is no hot food. Ensure the food is kept at 135 F or below, or meet the 4 hour limit under time as public health control. <br />Ok to issue permit.
