Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: Maytag refrigerator/freezer. refrigerator is at 44 f and freezer is at 0. Adjust the refrigerator to 41 F or <br />below. Correct today. <br />Per person in charge, the refrigerator will be replaced with a commercial grade unit. The unit must also be approved by <br />American National Standards Institute (ANSI). <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. The restroom have no hot <br />water. Provide a paper towel dispenser at the hand wash sink in the classroom where the food is going to be served. <br />All the food is prepackaged at the kitchen by Manteca Unified School Distrct.
