Manager is on duty and accompanied inspector during the inspection. Per <br /> Manager, she is aware of the complaint. <br /> Manager states that the toys are wiped down at least once a day(sometimes twice)with a mixture of Neutra-TEC 64(quat <br /> sanitizer)and Fabuloso.the bucket of the mixture being used today is 200ppm Quat <br /> French fries are received and maintained frozen until they are ordered and fried in the fryer. <br /> Pizza crusts are received frozen from Costco and then assembled on site.Assembled pizzas are frozen until they are cooked <br /> in the pizza ovens. Pizza sauce is canned (Full Red Pizza Sauce). Canned sauce is emptied into a container and minced <br /> garlic(Kirkland jarred)and McCormick jarred Italian seasoning is added.After sauce is mixed, it is stored in the 2 door True <br /> reach-in refrigerator.
