On 6/5/2014, an Environmental Health Department(EHD) inspector was informed that the business is no longer operating and that hazardous waste was still stored onsite. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 days. This is a repeat violation, Class II. Overall Inspection Comments: 'NOTICE TO ABATE On June 5, 2014, an Environmental Health Department (EHD) inspector was informed that the business is no longer operating, but hazardous waste are still stored on site. Conducted a hazardous waste inspection on June 22, 2015. Upon arrival, the facility is no longer in business at thi: location. Observed a blue drum behind the gate. Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste and send disposal records to EHD within 30 days. Submit return to compliance form, disposal records and statement by July 28, 2015.
