The Phase I and Phase II vapor recover} systems shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer specifications and the ARB Executive Orders specified in this permit, including applicable rules and regulations of the Division of Measurement Standards of the Department of Food and Agriculture,the Office of the State Fire Marshal of the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection,the Division of Occupational Safety and Health of the Department of Industrial Relations, and the Division of Water Quality of the State Water resources Control Board that have been made conditions of the certification- [District Rules 4621 and 4522] 2, The permittee shall install vapor recovery equipment that is certified in accord rice with the most recent revision of the Executive Order which is.in affect at thin time of installation. After installatior has been completed, the District shall revise the equipment description of this permit to include the Executive Order evision designator.
