Refer to the included UST inspection report dated 7-30-09. <br />For Hazardous Waste, I still need you to submit the corrective action statements, obtain an <br />active EPA ID #, complete and submit the Return to Compliance Certification, and submit <br />copies of disposal records from the past three years. Refer to the included Hazardous Waste <br />routine/follow up/complaint inspection report dated 11-17-08. <br />For each of the numbered violations, write down the number and next to it how it was <br />corrected by you. EVR2 upgrade has not yet been completed. Secondary containment tests <br />should have been completed by July 2009.
