Greystone Court, Stockton (APN 08668020) <br /> Service Request SR0080074. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received on January 10, <br /> 2019 the Engineered Septic Design (the design) dated October 5, 1018 prepared by Applied <br /> Wastewater Solution, Inc. for the above-referenced address. EHD cannot approve the design at this <br /> time; submit the following information to EHD for further review: <br /> 1) The Nitrate Loading Study (NLS) report has not been approved by EHD pending on multiple <br /> questions (please see EHD response letter dated March 6, 2019 to Service Request for NLS <br /> review SR0080075.) EHD cannot approve the design until NLS has been approved. <br /> 2) The design did not address any components or claims that would provide the additional nitrate <br /> reduction compared to a normal septic systems (i.e. non-engineered design). Please submit <br /> a design including discussion of which components are the "engineered" part, and how it <br /> would provide the additional nitrate reduction compared to a normal septic systems.
