Design <br /> for APN 245-070-66, Carrolton Road and Allen Road, Ripon, California, and submitted to EHD on <br /> February 05, 2019. The engineered system is approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Annual operating permit and inspection are required. Obtain annual operating permit from <br /> EHD at the completion of system installation. <br /> 2. Regular monitoring by a qualified sewage plant operator or qualified service provider is <br /> required. The monitoring record shall be available for inspection upon request by the EHD. <br /> Submit contract or service agreement with a qualified sewage plant operator or qualified <br /> service provider to EHD at time of obtaining EHD engineered system installation permit. <br /> 3. The effluent from the supplemental treatment components shall meet a 50 percent reduction <br /> in total nitrogen when comparing influent to effluent. <br /> 4. Quarterly sampling is required. The sampling results shall be submitted to EHD for review. <br /> The EHD may reduce the sampling frequency after one year. <br /> 5. Owner shall install sampling ports at influent and effluent. <br /> 6.
