The waste label was improperly filled <br /> out. The date deemed waste was 10/1/1017. Therefore, the waste has not been onsite far greater than <br /> 180 days. Please see the picture which documents the corrected waste label on the drum. <br /> Item 605—Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. —Please see the <br /> response to Item 601. <br /> Item 712 — Failed to label universal waste to identify type of universal waste. - The universal waste is <br /> properly labeled. Please see the picture which documents the labeled universal waste. <br /> Item 713—Stored UW onsite greater than one year or was unable to demonstrate the time JW has <br /> been stored.—Please see the response to Item 711. <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Inspection Report Response <br /> Item 102—Failed to prepare a written SPCC Plan in accordance with CFR Part 112—A SPCC Plan is <br /> currently being prepared by a PE in accordance with CFR Part 112.
