Accidental release measures <br /> 6.1 Personal Precautions.Protective equipment and emergency Procedures <br /> Ensure adequate ventilation. In case of insufficient ventilation,wear suitable respiratory equipment. Use <br /> personal protective equipment. Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Keep people away from upwind of spill/leak. <br /> Do not touch damaged containers or spilled material unless wearing appropriate protective clothing. Stop leak if <br /> you can do it without risk. <br /> Keep combustibles(wood,paper,oil,etc.)away from spilled material. Do not get water inside containers. <br /> 6.2 Environmental Precautions <br /> Do not allow material to contaminate ground water system. It should not be released into the environment. <br /> Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. Prevent product from entering drains. <br /> 6.3 Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up <br /> Dam up. Neutralize with sodium bicarbonate. Pick up and transfer to properly labeled containers. Following <br /> product recovery,flush area with water. <br /> 6.4 Reference to other sections <br /> See Section 12 for additional information. <br /> Section 7. Contaminated work clothing should <br /> not be allowed out of the workplace. For environmental protection,remove and wash all contaminated <br /> protective equipment before re-use.
