A spill kit has been provided for the occurrence of <br /> future spills. (Please see photos.) <br /> ITEM 20-55 gallon drum of waste antifreeze; <br /> All waste Drums have been labeled with the proper labels. The address of our facility, <br /> along with content information, accumulation start date, state, and hazardous property <br /> information is included on the labeling. The waste drums are contained on a spill tray. <br /> (Please see photos.) <br /> ITEM 21—Open waste oil tank; <br /> All waste oil is in an enclosed in an approved container with a closed fill-lid. <br /> (Please see photos.) <br /> ITEM 90—Emergency Notification; <br /> The emergency notification telephone reference has been posted near telephones in the <br /> Service Department, Shipping and Receiving, Sales work area, and the employee <br /> lunchroom. <br /> Local P.O.T.W. have been listed on the form as well. <br /> (Please see photos.) <br /> ITEM 91—Empty 55 gallon containers: <br /> Empty 55-gallon containers (6)were picked up by Ramos Environmental Services on <br /> 04/07/2005. (Please see attached manifest.) <br />
