Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste <br /> Several containers are located in the lot at the north west corner of the property: <br /> (2) 55-gallon containers of oily liquid <br /> (4) 55-gallon containers with unknown contents <br /> (1) 5-gallon container of oily liquid <br /> (1) 55-gallon container with metal shavings <br /> Several containers are located in the lot at the north east center portion of the property: <br /> (3) 5-gallon containers of unknown liquid <br /> (5) 55-gallon containers of unknown liquid <br /> (2) 55-gallon containers of unknown solids <br /> (7) 5-20 gallon containers of unknown solids <br /> Make a hazardous waste determination for the above listed contents of the containers per section <br /> 66262.11, CCR. Provide documentation for how this violation was/will be corrected by November 19, <br /> 2010. <br /> 30. (5) 55-gallon containers located in the lot at the north west corner of the property, (1) 55-gallon <br /> container located outside the main shop. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a <br /> hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of <br /> being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section. <br /> 50. (1) 55-gallon container of waste absorbent located in the north shop. Facilities who generate less <br /> than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any <br /> time may store waste on site up to 180 days.
