Response for riazardous Waste Program Inspection Report
#7) Dirty mop water may contain only trace amounts of possible hazardous waste.
If an employee has a hazardous waste spill on the ground, policy is to clean spill
using absorbent and the contaminated absorbent is the retained in our
contaminated absorbent secured drum. However is a there is a visible sheen (i.e.
coolant, oils ect.) the contaminated mop water is then put into the appropriate
waster tank.
Waste Management Company came out and inspected our clarifier and
determined 3 part clarifier did not require service at this time.
#20) Corrected on site 7.29.11
#23) Corrected on site 7.29.11
#8S) We have implemented a new log system for our Universal Waste to track.
Enclosed is a copy of our new log system.
#60-61-62) Contacted Waste Management Company to obtain copy of manifest
#006661320JJK (attached).
