I am attaching the relevant Title 22 regulations. <br />Title 22 CCR section 66265.52(x) references 66265.56. <br />66265.56(d)(1) states "If the emergency coordinator's assessment indicates that evacuation of local areas may be <br />advisable, the emergency coordinator shall immediately notify appropriate local authorities...." The local CUPA <br />and the local Air Pollution Control District are some of the appropriate local authorities.
