The complaint has been verified. <br /> VIOLATION: Please be advised that disposal of hazardous waste to land is a violation of <br /> California Health and Safety Code Section 25189.5. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Effective immediately,use best management practices to avoid <br /> spillag,e to the soil and/or make necessary repairs to the fuel dispensing system to prevent <br /> leaks Remove and dispose of contaminated soil at an appropriate disposal facility. <br /> Prp�ride a copy of the disposal receipt as proof of compliance with this notice. <br /> Eligible small business generated wastes may be disposed of at the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Works Department Household Hazardous Waste Consolidation Facility located at <br /> 7850 RA Bridgeford Street, Stockton(see attached brochure). <br /> A"Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge"report was filed on December 5, 2008 with the <br /> DTSC and the CVRWQCB pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25180.7. <br /> If further complaints are received, an investigation will be made which may result in legal action <br /> being taken against you. <br /> �y <br /> If you have any questions,please contact,Ray von Flue, Senior REHS, at(209)468-9848. <br /> lRay von Flue, Senior REHS <br /> Hazardous Waste Generator Program <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />
